All but one Digikala VP was replaced in CEO's first 18 months, he says

Digikala CEO Masoud Tabatabaei said in an on-record video interview that within 18 months of his 2023 arrival (the first six as deputy CEO), only one vice president from the team he inherited remained; the rest were changed under his leadership. He said the rebuild was not a deliberate purge ("it's not plowing... I didn't come in with that intention") but calls the rebuilt leadership team his top achievement. Period covered: roughly late 2023 to mid 2025.
