Tapsi group's consolidated revenue grew 36% to 3549 billion toman in 2025-26
Tapsi reported consolidated operating revenue of about 3549 billion toman (+36%) for the fiscal year ending March 2026 in its Codal filing, with a consolidated net loss of about 549 billion toman. That is roughly $20M in revenue and a $3.1M net loss. The company is 69.21%-controlled by Hasti E-Commerce Innovators, a Golrang-family vehicle that acquired the stake via an IFB block trade in February 2024, the consolidated statements cover Tapsi and its subsidiaries. The rial weakened through the fiscal year, so the toman figures are the more reliable read. [Correction 2026-07-10: the press-reported figure of 5384 billion toman (+43%) and a 156 billion toman net loss does not reconcile with the filing and is superseded by the Codal numbers above.]
