Digipay unveiled Digicard, a card active on the Shetab network usable at both physical and online merchants and linked to the Digipay wallet, with support for the platform's installment credit planned. Cashback runs from 0.5% to 5% of the purchase depending on the acceptor, paid instantly, with the highest rate on online purchases from merchants contracted to Digipay. Digipay frames the product as an attempt to introduce rewards-bearing cards to Iran's payment market and shift competition from processing transactions toward user benefits.
