Nobitex says it fully compensated users for the June 2025 security breach from its own and its shareholders' funds, and that no government or public body provided any financial aid, responding to a circulated excerpt of an old letter about National Development Fund support. The company says its assets and liabilities have since been reviewed and audited in three stages by three separate bodies, one of which produced a proof-of-reserves certificate confirmed by official judiciary experts.
