Hojjat Nik-Maleki became chairman of the board of Digikala Group in the month from 22 May to 21 June 2026, replacing Mohammad Mehdi Abbas-Khani. He has served on the board of Hamrah-e Aval since 2021-22. The change follows Harkat-e Aval, the investment arm of Hamrah-e Aval, buying 40 percent of Digikala from Sarava in the month from 22 July to 22 August 2024, after which Sarava left the shareholder register. Hamid Mohammadi is vice-chairman and Saeed Mohammadi is chief executive and a board member.
