Snapp put about 1 million applicants to its ride-hailing fleet through identity verification and background screening in the year to March 2026. Its annual performance report says that of 975,950 applicants, FARAJA Amaken Police did not confirm clearance for 60,545, who were refused entry to the fleet; the check covers judicial and criminal records. The same report records more than 300,000 vehicle-discrepancy reports and about 406,000 driver-discrepancy reports, 11,064 driver accounts deactivated and 318,562 trips cancelled over mismatched details.
