Data from Datak shows that sudden fare increases for Snapp and Tapsi in late Khordad led to widespread dissatisfaction among passengers and drivers. The negative sentiment among drivers increased from 81% to 85% after the price hike, while their positive sentiment dropped from 12% to 2%.
