What changed in the Iranian companies we read, the week to 19 October 2026

Every change below was read from Iran's Official Gazette portal (rrk.ir) by the desk's weekly registry read, which covers 284 companies on the Tehran Index record. The passages are the notices' own Persian words. Personal national ID numbers are never reproduced; the desk matches people across notices by national ID and shows only the result.

The week, rated

  • MaterialAlgorak. The chief executive now signs every contract, cheque and commitment alone.
  • Aski-Bime. The same two people keep the chair and vice chair, but now sit for different shareholders.
  • AskBama. The board grows from three to five; two of the five have no earlier record on file.
  • NotePart AI. Auditors reappointed, with the securities regulator's permit.
  • NoteKilid. Registered office moves within the same tower.

Algorak: The chief executive now signs every contract, cheque and commitment alone.

Olgoo Fanavaran Arsan (limited liability company)

A board decision of 9 August 2026 makes every cheque, promissory note, bill, contract and ordinary letter valid with the chief executive's signature alone and the company seal.

For a counterparty this is the line that matters: one signature binds the company. Ask for the board minute itself before relying on a single signature on a large commitment.

i-Bime: The same two people keep the chair and vice chair, but now sit for different shareholders.

Official Online Direct Insurance Brokerage of Iranian Trust

In the board notice of October 2024, Part Net Kish held the chair and Bahar Ertebat Gostar the vice chair. In this notice the chair is held by Arman Sarmayeh Hamrah and the vice chair by Part Net Kish. Matched by national ID across the two notices, the individual representing each chair is the same person as before.

Bahar Ertebat Gostar has left the board; Arman Gostar Atiyeh Hamrah joins it, represented by a person who appears in no earlier notice on file. The chief executive is reappointed from outside the board, to 15 November 2027.

Contracts and commitments still need two signatures: the chief executive and the chairman, jointly, with the seal.

The board met on 22 December 2025; the insurance regulator's licence is dated 3 October 2026; the change was printed on 19 October 2026. Ten months passed between the decision and the public record. The notice does not say who owns the shareholders that now hold the seats, and the desk does not infer it from their names.

The i-Bime record

The notice, in its own words

Bama: The board grows from three to five; two of the five have no earlier record on file.

Media Gostar Net (private joint stock company)

Shareholders voted on 19 May 2026 to enlarge the board to five. The three directors elected in January 2025 stay, with the same chair, vice chair and chief executive, matched by national ID. Their terms now run to May 2028.

The two new directors appear in no earlier notice of Bama or of any other company the desk reads. Who they are and whom they represent is not stated in the notice: a gap, not a finding.

The chief executive signs every commitment alone, with the seal.

The registry letter is dated 17 October 2026 and is marked ready for printing; it is not yet in a printed Gazette issue. The decision was taken five months earlier.

The Bama record

The notice, in its own words
تعداد اعضای هیئت مدیره به 5 نفر تغییر یافت و ماده مربوطه دراساسنامه اصلاح گردید

Registry letters 140530400901122038, 140530400901122039 and 140530400901122041, all of 17 October 2026, status ready for printing; earlier board: Official Gazette 23300, pages 50 and 52 (registry letter of 16 March 2025)

Part AI: Auditors reappointed, with the securities regulator's permit.

Part Financial Information Processing and Investment Consulting

The two audit firms named in every auditor notice since December 2023 are named again as principal and alternate inspector to the end of the financial year. The meeting was held on 22 September 2026; the Securities and Exchange Organization's permit is dated 29 September 2026. No change of auditor: the read records that the routine happened.

What a week of the registry does not establish

Gaps, stated rather than filled
  • Who owns the corporate shareholders that hold board seats. A notice names the seat holder, not its owners.
  • Anything filed after the read on 19 October 2026, and anything an Iranian company decides but has not yet registered: Bama's and i-Bime's decisions reached the record five and ten months late.
  • Whether a signature on a specific document is genuine. The registry states who may sign, not who did.

Registry Watch: USD 300 a month. Up to ten Iranian companies you name, read in the Official Gazette every week. An English note within one working day of any change: board, chief executive, who signs, capital, address, auditor, liquidation. Each change carries the notice's own Persian words and its Gazette number. Your first weekly note is free. Then billed monthly in advance, by bank transfer against an invoice; stop any time.
