Irancell is named as a roaming counterparty in the Section 13(r) Iran disclosures of at least five foreign issuers filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Turkcell, for 2025, lists international roaming relationships with the Telecommunication Company of Iran, "Irancell Telecommunications Services Company (MTN Irancell)" and RighTel, and reports gross revenues of about 43.6 million Turkish lira and gross margin of about 35.5 million lira across those agreements. VEON, for 2025, reports gross revenue from its Irancell roaming arrangements of about 196 US dollars. Telefonica S.A., for 2024, reports that its German subsidiary recorded 7,467 euros from Irancell. Arm Holdings, for the year ended 31 March 2026, discloses that its parent SoftBank Group provides roaming services in Iran through Irancell with no gross revenue. Telefonica Brasil and TIM S.A. name Irancell in the same way.
