Its own pages disagree on the floor and cap: one states a minimum of 10,000 rial and a maximum of 50,000 rial per transaction, while another states a minimum of 100 toman and a maximum of 3,000 toman, which is 1,000 rial and 30,000 rial at 1 toman equals 10 rial. The disagreement is recorded rather than resolved. IDPay also publishes a separate notice that its fees were revised following a new Central Bank circular, so the schedule is time-sensitive.
