On 19 April 2025 Zoomit reported a LinkedIn note by Hesam Armandehi, a co-founder of Hezardastan, stating that Balad remains owned by its current team and independent of the Hezardastan group, and that the team was inviting offers to transfer ownership or take a strategic partner. So: inside the group as described in 2023, independent by the co-founder's statement of April 2025. Shareholders at a stated date are not yet read from the registry.
