Khodro45's annual report says the online car marketplace received 2,067,426 vehicle sale requests during the year to 20 March 2026, of which 106,801 vehicles were accepted at its branches to continue the sale process. Cumulative requests since 2018-19 stand at 7,630,721. The report also estimates Iran's used-car park at about 25 million vehicles with close to 7 million transactions a year, split 65 percent domestically produced, 28 percent Chinese and about 7 percent other imports. On supply, it says 16 domestic automakers produced 925,936 vehicles in 2025-26 and 67,000 fully built vehicles were imported, valued in the report at about 1.538 billion dollars.
