Private sector responds to Health Ministry letter on telemedicine platforms

Ahmad Taherkhani, head of Tehran Electronic Commerce Association's Digital Health Commission, stated that licensing for digital health businesses is conducted according to Article 7 of the Article 44 law and only through the National Licensing Portal. He emphasized that many active platforms have official licenses from the Virtual Businesses Union and no entity can impose new licenses outside this legal framework.
