Crowdfunding platforms in Iran raised about 13 trillion toman in the five months to 22 August 2026, 152 percent more than the same period a year earlier. The number of funded projects rose about 94 percent, from 272 to 527, and the average raised per project rose from 18.4 billion to 24.7 billion toman. About 3.6 trillion toman went to 136 projects in the month to 22 August 2026 alone. Ranked by value raised, the three largest platforms were Zima with 50 projects, Isatis Crowd with 45 and Hamafarin with 34, together about 3.1 trillion toman for 129 projects. Way2Pay noted that advertised returns on these projects are projections and should not be read as guaranteed.
