The three-way collision was recorded as "do not merge", which is correct but insufficient: it never established WHICH of the two Respina entities runs the consumer-facing ISP. A research batch then gathered scale figures from respina.net and filed them under this row without noticing the question. Resolve which entity operates respina.net before any fact is attached.

Registered capital is the share capital recorded in the official gazette. Increases are real corporate events, but they are commonly funded from retained earnings or converted receivables and are also driven by inflation and regulatory minimums.
