Kian Ofogh Hirbod, a private joint stock company, was incorporated on 12 May 2018 (12 May 2018) in Yasuj, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, with registered objects covering general contracting in roads, building, electrical works, water and agriculture, communications, industry, oil and gas, an original capital of 1,000,000 rial and a board unconnected to the present one. The company was moved to Tehran by extraordinary general meetings of June 2019, re-registered there, and now sits at Forsat Shirazi Street, Jamalzadeh, Tehran. Thirty-nine gazette notices to 17 August 2026. The vehicle therefore predates the iToll product and was not incorporated for it.

Registered capital
Capital of 859,091,605,000 rial (about 86 billion toman), divided into 859,091,605 registered shares of 1,000 rial, of which 584,241,445 ordinary and 274,850,160 preferred, since the extraordinary general meeting of 20 December 2025 (20 December 2025). The gazette's first notice of this increase printed the new capital as 584,241,445,000 rial, the ordinary-share count read as a capital figure, and the registry issued a corrective notice in June 2026 giving 859,091,605,000; the corrected figure is the one that reconciles with the funding amounts. Registered capital is not a valuation.

Entity notesOperating entity of the itoll (آیتول) vehicle-services super-app: Kian Ofogh Hirbod, private JSC, self-declared on itoll.com terms, about and footer and on its E-namad seal. Insurance services under the same brand run through the SEPARATE brokerage Hampad Kian (NID [identifier held on the record]). Two entities, one brand; never merge. Registry read directly on the Official Gazette portal (rrk.ir) on 15 September 2026: the operating company was incorporated in Yasuj (Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad) on 12 May 2018 as a general contracting company with 1,000,000 rial of capital and an unrelated board, and was moved to Tehran in 2019 and re-registered there; the vehicle predates the product. Thirty-nine gazette notices to 17 August 2026. Its board now seats Pasargad-linked investment companies.

Registered capital is the share capital recorded in the official gazette. Increases are real corporate events, but they are commonly funded from retained earnings or converted receivables and are also driven by inflation and regulatory minimums. It is not a valuation, and Tehran Index does not present it as one.
